How you help your team grow and make sure you have the best people on the bus and in the right seat? Ask them in what areas they want to grow in and how they plan to accomplish growth in those areas. Everyone can grow in emotional intelligence, leadership, and strengthening their talents. Challenge them to read books and listen to podcasts for topics they are eager to learn about and ask them to share the best learnings with the team.

7moHow do you encourage and support women in leadership...? Provide mentorship programs and sponsors, as well as leadership training. Flexible work policies can also be helpful. It is really about having an inclusive culture for everyone and ensuring all voices are heard and valued.
