Customer Experience happens whether you talk about it or not! Could not agree more Jeannie. Let's unpack this. Consider a customer checks out your store, Finds some of your offers interesting, Makes a purchase, Gets the product, Uses it, Feels it's got something lacking And lastly provides feedback on it Everything in this journey is that customers experience with your business. A well managed store, tailored offers, easy checkout, smooth delivery, empathic service agents will make that experience positive. Take away one or two of these factors and the experience will slide to the negative. Keep taking stuff away and you'll be left with a poor experience. The point is the customer did get an experience. The question is whether you were deliberate about the experience or is it just 'go with the flow'? There are no business that don't have customer experience. It's an oxymoron if you think about. There are only business that have a deliberate, well crafted experience, and businesses that have absolutely no thought about the experience. Being the latter, doesn't translate well for businesses in the current landscape. Products or service are how you make money. To "satisfy" people, experience counts the most. https://lnkd.in/dNdkwRWt
