We are thrilled to reflect on the incredible contributions of Kate Murphy, who recently completed her internship with us as our Strategy and Growth Intern. Kate brought an extraordinary level of intellect, work ethic, and passion to our team. Her efforts in client acquisition, business development, and operational efficiency not only contributed to a 12% increase in client growth, adding $38,000 in revenue, but also helped shape the future of our firm. Kate’s ability to take on multiple roles, from spearheading talent acquisition to developing business expansion strategies, was nothing short of phenomenal. She exemplified the qualities of a true leader, and her impact will be felt long after her internship has ended. We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work with such a talented individual and look forward to seeing all the amazing things Kate will achieve in the future. Kate, thank you for being a part of our journey—you have an incredibly bright future ahead!

First internship programme that I have seen that delivers so much to young people preparing for the world of work. The video from TelevisaUnivision shows interns getting first hand experience of working in a large, fast paced organisation. I think it's a great example of what successful internship programmes look like. Do you know of any similar programmes in UK businesses? #employeeengagement #motivation #learninganddevelopment
We’re excited to recap our 10-week internship program, which spanned Miami, New York, and Los Angeles. Our interns gained firsthand experience, connected with senior leaders, and collaborated on impactful projects across various business units. This hands-on experience has equipped them with valuable skills for their future careers. We're proud of their accomplishments and can't wait to see what they achieve next! #MadeAnImpactFromDayOne

❓ Generation Z, who wants a free career consultation ❓ But first I should say thanks to your parents. 🤗 It's recognition in mentorship and career consulting when clients trust me with their most valuable asset: their children and students seeking guidance. I'm grateful for this trust and the unique experiences it brings. ❤️ Generation Z, you are truly awesome!! 🔥 Working with Generation Z has been eye-opening. At the age of 18-21, they have a clear vision of their career wishes (in general terms, of course) and very clearly (!!) what they don’t want to do or to work with. During consultations, their wishes transform into detailed and actionable plans. 💤 I'm genuinely inspired by how Generation Z broadcasts personal boundaries as a natural part of self-expression, not as limitations or psychological trauma. I really admire them and do believe in their higher level of happiness while implementing their career plans. Recently, I had my third successful internship placement case, with two more students securing internships at the international global news agency (CIS) and in the hotel business in the UAE. Elizaveta Persheva your kind words have been a source of encouragement. Thank you for your support, and best of luck with your internship!💪 This unexpected journey in mentoring has been rewarding beyond measure. As a gesture of gratitude, I'm offering 3 free consultations to the first three interested students. Please write me a message or in the comments below. 👇 Thank you for allowing me to participate in your career development and growth. 🤝 #Mentorship #CareerConsulting #GenerationZ #InternshipOpportunity

Interns have huge value... ...if you let them! As an elder millennial, I only ever heard of interns fetching coffee and making copies whilst growing up, and that's the impression I think most people of similar age had of internships. Times have definitely changed and thank goodness for that! Yesterday we had our third annual Intern Showcase where several of our amazing interns spoke about the impactful projects they have been working on this summer. These are projects that will really benefit our business and I'm just loving what internships can be when you have a well-structured program that looks to benefit both interns AND the company. Its also important to me that they are given an opportunity to not only share their work, but to be able to build their presentation skills to a wide audience of senior leadership - this is why I and my virtual coffee hour co-chair launched this showcase three years ago. We wanted to make sure that our incredible interns felt supported and engaged with the rest of their fellow employees, making it a valuable summer for everyone. Who else has had a less-than-stellar internship experience when starting out? Do you see the same changes I see in today's internship programs?

Interns! We're around halfway through the summer, which means it's the perfect time to do a bit of a progress check for your internship. Here a few helpful questions to ask yourself: 1. How am I trending on my major projects? Have I communicated progress and shared major wins/highlights as they've been accomplished? 2. How have I expanded my network? Have I connected with most of the people on my team? What about beyond my team? Have I branched out to other areas of the business that interest me to learn more? 3. What is my personal brand right now within the team/company and is it where I want it to be? With only a few weeks left, how can I continue to build my brand and leave an impression as I prepare to wrap up my internship? 4. Have I made a meaningful effort thus far to connect with my fellow interns? Am I building my peer network? These weeks can fly, so be sure to constantly check in with yourself to measure progress and impact!
