When you lean into your edges, you will be able to surpass your current circumstances. When you stop pruning your buds before they even bloom, you will find yourself square in the middle of the greatness inside of you that has alluded you until now. If you’re mid-life and not where your heart (disregard the ego) tells you you should be, it’s very likely you’re the one lopping off the rose buds on your own bush before they even get a chance to bloom. It’s an embedded cycle at this point in your life, but one that can be radically changed with self love and choosing your greatness. Showing you exactly how to cultivate your own greatness and start producing bloom after bloom is my gift. Drop into my inbox to explore working together 1:1. You are worth it. What Does It Mean to Honor Your Truth? To live fully? To be enough? These aren’t just words—they’re a way of life. ✨ Honoring your truth looks like finally listening to that voice inside of you—the one you’ve quieted for too long. It’s speaking up, standing tall, and saying “this is who I am” without apology. ✨ Living fully is embracing every part of the journey—the messy, the beautiful, the uncertain. It’s letting go of perfection and choosing presence instead. It’s daring to chase the things that set your soul on fire, even if it scares you. ✨ Being enough means knowing, deep in your core, that you don’t have to earn love, respect, or worthiness. You already have it, simply because you exist. To honor your truth is to choose yourself, every day, in every moment. 💫 It’s letting go of what no longer serves you. 💫 It’s setting boundaries that protect your peace. 💫 It’s stepping into your light and showing the world the magic only YOU have. So I ask you… 🌟 What does it look like to honor your truth? 🌟 To live fully in alignment with your soul? 🌟 To feel, without a doubt, that you are already enough? This is your invitation to define it—for yourself, for your life, for this moment. Let’s explore what’s possible when you embrace the fullness of YOU.

FROM MY CHURCH MIND I learnt the slogan for this year is"Dey for who dey for you", which means support those who support you, love those who love you, cherish those who cherish you. While this may be good, I have some concern. I don't think life works that way. If we only support those who support us, what about those we will meet along life's journey who may need our help first before we get from them? This slogan limits our giving virtue and value making us blind to others who may not be 'for' us. Some helpers get to know you as a result of your good deed. There is need for emotional intelligence especially if you want to grow. As a believer, please study Luke 6:32-36. We are encouraged to be kind to others just as our heavenly father is. Therefore, give first without expectation and love unconditionally. Share the good things you desire for yourself with others, and don't let their reactions or attitudes dictate your actions. However, don't forget to exercise wisdom and set boundaries in your interactions, to avoid being taken advantage of. Happy Sunday.

🌿🌳 Speaking With Trees 🌳🌿 In the hustle and bustle of modern life, we often forget to pause, breathe, and truly listen—to the world around us and to the stirrings of our own souls. My latest piece, Speaking With Trees, invites you to consider how time in nature is a form of self-care that allows us to reconnect with the wisdom within us and the greater world around us . 🌱💬 "Nestled in the arms of nature, we learn to listen—to the whisper of the wind, the rustle of leaves, and the silent stirrings of our own hearts. In this sacred space, we discover the power of presence, the beauty of impermanence, and the profound interconnectedness of all living things." 🍃💖 Join me on a journey of introspection and wonder as we explore the transformative power of nature and the true essence of self-care. ❤️🩹✨ How might you integrate time in nature as part of your self-care routine? Share your thoughts in the comments below and check out the full post using the link in the comments. 🌳🌟

You learn to live When you learn to find a ray of hope in the darkness of despair. You learn to live When you learn to listen to the voice of your heart in the noise of the world. You learn to live When you learn to read life by reading books. You learn to live When you learn to live your dreams by forgetting what people say. You learn to live When you learn to change yourself by fighting the circumstances. You learn to live When you learn to color the lives of others with the color of your happiness. You learn to live When you learn to smile in your own sorrows. You learn to live When you learn to keep your self-respect alive by killing your ego. You learn to live when you learn to respect the feelings of others. You learn to live when you forget your own pain and share the sorrows of others. You learn to live when you learn to reconnect with the old by decorating it. You learn to live when you learn to sacrifice yourself and surrender to the universal power. -Swaroop Singh

Here are five simple ways to keep your joy: First, remember that your thoughts are very important. Do not worry, fret, or be anxious about the future. Instead of reasoning, which leads to confusion, trust God. Second, do not be entangled or meddle in other people’s business. We all have enough to attend to, and we should not waste our time in situations that do not concern us. Learn to pick your battles, and do not make a big deal out of little things. Third, learn to forgive quickly for your own sake. And when you sin, be quick to repent and do not waste time feeling guilty about something God has forgiven and forgotten. Fourth, be positive in your thoughts, words, and attitudes- and your joy will over flow. Finally, live one day at a time. God gives us grace for each day, but not until that day comes, so go ahead and enjoy today fully. Inspired by Joyce Meyer
