4dI can't agree with you on this one Tom, sorry. I'm not in favor of any member of the FCC favoring the allowance of bandwidth limits. Since there has never been any proof that any were put in place for network congestion reasons, it's obvious it is only for added revenue. The FCC should be watch-dogging for that sort of thing, not advocating for it.
