So why did you leave your last position? Yeah, I appreciate you asking me that, Rick, honestly. Was it really negative work environment? There's a lot of turnover. I was working a ton of hours, way more than anybody else. And you know, it seems like I had a new boss in our group every few months and I just got tired of it. You're not always going to leave on a positive note, but when answering this you know there could be other reasons. You don't need to be too descriptive, too long winded. Sometimes these companies want to hear just the main reason why you left and keep it at that. Really I was just looking for more of a professional challenge. I feel like I had done everything I could there. Within my group, there were a few areas where I felt like I could be promoted into and a couple opportunities that were missed on the company's part. So I felt like it was a better idea to start to look for new opportunities.
