TKMG Academy instructor Jennifer Panco and I have been having a great time co-developing our next course to launch: Facilitating Improvement Teams. We film on December 2 so stay tuned for behind-the-scenes pics and video! I'm providing a sneak peak at one of the many resources that are included in the course, which shows the difference between Socratic (open-ended) questions and binary questions (closed-ended; can be answered with a yes or no)—and includes sample questions. The one detail I didn't include (ran out of space) is that, while questions that begin with where, when, which, and who are listed in the open-ended question column, they are very close to binary questions because they often generate one-word answers that don't require much thought. What questions would you add to this list?
