Following https://lnkd.in/dMSsmsPr the #secondtree personal questions at the job description, I would say: 1. The last paragraph describing the project has a sudden jump in details, though the summary may be too executive to provide so much information. I also don't understand why the Association being formalized in Brussels is necessary. Additionally, the Association can include not just refugees, but also former refugees, human rights organizations, etc. An association can have different membership categories to be inclusive rather than exclusive. 2. Regarding what I wish I had known 5 years ago: a. 5 years ago, I wish I had been better able to anticipate the serious illness affecting my daughter and been more aware of the importance of mental health in our lives. b. 5 years ago, I wish I had better understood how technological advancements would change our way of living and relating, in order to propose more integrated educational proposals and build tools to combat the negative effects of social media - lack of competence, lack of memory, lack of creativity, excessive reactivity in our responses. c. Being a good person is the foundation. Being competent comes after. Being a more active part of the army of good people in the world. d. Awareness of the boundaries between professional and personal/family life. e. 5 years ago I lived in a central apartment in my city, today I live on the outskirts with a wonderful terrace. I don't know how I could have lived so long without so much light, without noise, without a rooftop. 3. Positions to apply for: a. Project Manager b. Partnership Coordinator c.
