A 9 000 km loop across Europe in SS100 After taking possession of his brand new SS100 MK2, William, a friendly Irish customer, set off on an adventure for a big loop totaling 9 000 km of riding. From September to November 2024 William travelled from southern Spain to Eastern Europe, 13 countries with many encounters. A visit to the factory for first service before returning home, we were so pleased that he shared the story of his trip with us and that his SS100 fully satisfied him. William :  What can you say about a Brough Superior SS100? Not nearly enough, in my opinion. Is she a quirky, finicky bastard? Sometimes, but aren’t they all? Is she a modern bike wrapped in a 1920s disguise, lacking all the fancy gadgets of a dual-sport über-bike? Sure, in some ways.  But here’s the thing—she’s none of those analogies. She’s a standalone masterpiece. And over the course of this journey, I learned to love riding that bike for exactly what she is: timeless, temperamental, and utterly unique. I consider myself incredibly lucky to have had this opportunity. And who knows? Maybe there are a few more years (and a few more kilometers) with her yet. A Brough in Korea? Japan?
