Last week, our team had the opportunity to take part in the Barrier Rigid Packaging Event at Cazoolo Lab in São Paulo, which we organized together with Kiefel. This event brought together top innovators in the field, including industry giants like Braskem, Soarus, LLC and Kiefel. Our experts Sofija Bertasa and Dr. Paul Walach Walach informed about the challenges of barrier rigid packaging. The conversations highlighted the critical need for stringent quality standards, a deep understanding of brand owners' post-processes, and the collaborative efforts required to meet these exacting demands. Building on this, customized product development and proof of concepts are essential for ensuring a seamless market entry. Advanced technologies must guarantee optimal operational efficiency, while a flexible line concept is crucial to adapt to evolving market needs. Grigeo transitions to Grigeo Group ↗️ Effective May, Grigeo will undergo a transformation and change its name to Grigeo Group AB. This adjustment signifies our dedication to efficiency in management and progression. At Grigeo Group, we will recognize the shifts in the market landscape. Through strategic restructuring, including the establishment of a new tissue paper division, we will aim to better address evolving market demands. As part of this transition, the current tissue paper business will be transferred to its subsidiary, Grigeo Tissue UAB, comprising assets, rights, and liabilities. Additionally, one of our subsidiaries, Grigeo investicijų valdymas UAB, will be renamed Grigeo Paper Packaging UAB. This adjustment will align with our broader scope of the company's activities, encompassing the management of investments, strategy, and resources of the managed companies. #GrigeoGroup
