i suggest that companies should consider offering both paid and unpaid internships, as the experience gained in the informal business sector is often not considered valuable. By providing formal internship programs, companies would not only give young professionals valuable experience but also create a more inclusive environment where all candidates, regardless of their financial background, have the opportunity to gain relevant experience.
