For more than 20 years our Internship Programme of German Business has been securing labou in our partner countries while supporting the reconciliation process in the Countries of the Western Balkans and Croatia. Benefit from our unique private public partnership and cooperation between: 👉Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) 👉 the German Easten Business Association in cooperation with the Zoran Djindjic Foundation 👉 German Business You are not fully convinced why you should take part in #secure #labour for the #WB6 and #Croatia Listen to what our partners have to say: "We as Deutsche Telekom are delighted with the opportunities the Zoran Djindjic Internship Programme of German Business provides us with: To meet highly qualified young professionals of different fields of expertise during their internships in Germany. Due to the fact that we have subsidiaries in 4 of the Programme’s 7 countries, the Programme is of special interest to us and differs from similar programs through its internationality. For our daily, intercultural work exchange with the subsidiaries, we benefit from the personal experiences of our interns which they have brought from their home countries. In this respect, we can only recommend the Programme and are happy to continue our close cooperation with the Committee on Eastern European Economic Relations in the future.” Deutsche Telekom 👉Does your company want to be a part of our success story and help to create the leadership of tomorrow? URGENT HELP NO LONGER NEEDED - THANK YOU A contact of mine, Peter Corbishley of Principia School of Language, runs a programme for apprentices with BASF in Germany to visit Worcester for a month. This involves an internship with a local business for a month or split between two businesses. 2 of the 3 apprentices arriving shortly already have placements (with Southco) but he needs a placement for the 3rd apprentice. Accommodation and the cultural/social sides of the visit are already organised. The apprentices arrive on 2nd March. The apprentice is called Jan Ströbel (aged 20) and his introductory letter is below. Please message me if you can help (or know someone that can) and I'll put you in touch with Peter. It would be a great shame if the Worcestershire business community cannot find something useful for this young guy to do during his visit from Germany. Sharon Smith Robert Elliot Robert Capper Gary Woodman Mike Forrester CMgr MA Richard Soper CBE Ben Mannion Louise Hewett DL Massimo Fumarola Jonathan Wells #apprenticeships #foreignexchange Jan Ströbel Geibelstraße 47, 67063 Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Germany | +49 1525 3872846 | jan.stroebel.privat@gmail.com Re: Application for a four-week internship in Worcester Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, 18th January 2024 The primary motivation behind my application for this internship is to enhance my English language skills. I believe that an immersive experience in an English-speaking environment will provide me with the ideal setting to improve my language proficiency. Moreover, Worcester is the perfect place with its rich history and vibrant culture for personal development. I am excited of exploring the city with its residents to gain a deeper understanding for the local culture. This experience will expand my horizon and provide valuable insights which I will take with me when I return to Germany. Thanks to my work experience at BASF SE Ludwigshafen and the different departments I worked in, I gained skills in commercial activities. I learned project management by preparing and holding online conferences with international partners from BASF. I gained skills in marketing by working at trade fairs in a HR department and thereby convinced people to apply to BASF. In Supply Chain Management I conducted routine tasks like transport booking and working directly with international partners every day. In my free time, I like to go to the gym, meet up with my friends and like to travel. Besides that I have a passion for cars because of their history, technology and the joy of driving. I went to many car museums like Porsche in Stuttgart, Mercedes-Benz in Stuttgart and BMW in Munich to learn more about different car models, the technology and the brand itself or researched the information by myself (via videos, internet etc.). Please contact me if you have any questions. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Sincerely, Jan Ströbel

Studying abroad is more than just an opportunity to travel. It's a unique chance to cultivate the skills needed to thrive as an entrepreneur in today's interconnected world. 1️⃣ Adapting to new environments A semester abroad helps you quickly adapt to new cultures and conditions, developing flexibility and quick decision-making skills. These are essential qualities for a successful entrepreneur. Imagine immersing yourself in the vibrant culture of South Korea, the innovative atmosphere of Sweden, or the dynamic environment of the USA. Each destination offers a completely different experience, broadening your perspective and enriching your adaptability. 2️⃣ Real work experience In the third year of the Bachelor in International Business program, our students undertake a paid internship. This allows them to apply theoretical knowledge in practice and gain valuable professional experience. 3️⃣ Social impact project Students engage in social impact projects, which involve working on initiatives that benefit communities. This experience enhances their ability to create positive change and develop entrepreneurial solutions to real-world problems. 4️⃣ Financial independence A paid internship not only provides professional experience but also helps students become financially independent. At Luxembourg School of Business, we create opportunities to develop leadership skills through international experience and practical learning. 💬 What aspect of international experience do you think would most impact your development? Share your thoughts in the comments! #GlobalExperience #LeadershipSkills #LSB #BachelorInInternationalBusiness

Unlocking potential together! 🌟 To tackle the ongoing skills shortage, Allianz Group, BMW Group, Infineon Technologies AG, Siemens AG, and Lufthansa Group are collaborating with JOBLINGE to launch basecamp Munich, a new space focused on helping young people succeed in their apprenticeships. At basecamp Munich, young people will find a supportive environment where they can sharpen their skills, get help with exams, receive application coaching, and even attend conflict management workshops. The ultimate goal of JOBLINGE is to support 100,000 young people on their path to a successful career by 2030 – helping to bridge the gap in much-needed skilled workers. As Dr. Michael Niggemann, our CHRO explains: "By specifically supporting young talents, we are creating the basis for a qualified and motivated next generation of employees, which we urgently need in view of the shortage of skilled workers and the challenges of digital transformation. The basecamp is intended to make a contribution and show how business and civil society can work together. With this commitment, we are setting an example and supporting young people from diverse backgrounds and sometimes difficult life situations." #WeAreLufthansaGroup #OurPeopleAreOurBrand #basecampMunich #ApprenticeshipSupport #SkillsForTomorrow
