I am proud of the progress we have made with Euronext Sustainability Week, a key initiative designed to foster dialogue on sustainable finance and elevate public awareness of this critical issue. The foundation for this initiative was laid by Borsa Italiana with the successful launch of Italian Sustainability Week in 2017, and its evolution has been remarkable. Last year, we broadened our scope, extending this vital platform to all Euronext locations across Europe. The 2023 edition was a significant milestone, featuring 40 internal and external sessions that attracted over 2,800 attendees and 120 speakers. Spanning five days and nine European cities, the event drew more than 1,200 investors and corporate participants, underscoring Euronext's growing influence in the realm of sustainable finance. This year, we are taking another step forward. We have planned 40 external events, including conferences, workshops, and webinars, which will take place across ten European locations. These events are specifically designed to engage both corporate and investor audiences as we continue to drive the advancement of sustainable finance across Europe. Being part of the UNSW delegation to the Global Sustainable Development Congress was thought-provoking. It was a time to pause and feel the pulse of our interdependencies with the region and those fragile ecosystems that support us. Personally, it was a new habit in conference participation. Our delegation was not there to transfer knowledge or showcase. We went together, as a whole institution, with our partners in the Pacific nations and the United Nations to listen, deliberate and provoke new imaginings of how change might be indicated. We discussed the: - critical nexus between #SDGs, especially water, energy and food systems and the combined effort needed from across sectors - challenges from #anthropocentric climate change, mass urbanisation, social dislocation and forced migrations - how to identify and frame indicators of change to enable sustainable development and regeneration. #highereducation Times Higher Education Centre for Social Impact

Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW) 2025, held from 12-18 January in Abu Dhabi, was the first major event of the global sustainability calendar. With the theme “The Nexus of Next: Supercharging Sustainable Progress,” the event brought together world leaders to speed up the shift to a sustainable economy and encourage connected solutions for social and economic growth. On the sidelines of Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week 2025, we were honored to join H.E. Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, UAE Minister of State for Foreign Trade, for meetings with several ministers and ambassadors. We discussed ways to work together across different sectors to promote sustainable growth and strengthen global partnerships. H.E. 🌍 Accelerating Africa’s Circular Economy: Highlights from the South Africa Circular Economy Hotspot 2024 🌱 What an incredible two days at the South Africa Circular Economy Hotspot 2024 (SACEH24)! This inspiring event, held at the Hasso Plattner d-school Afrika at the University of Cape Town, was a gathering of over 250 passionate innovators, policymakers, and sustainability champions, all working together to drive real change in Africa's circular economy. As TheRockGroup, we were proud to co-organize this event alongside Sustainable Inclusive Business and the African Circular Economy Network (ACEN). Bringing our expertise in circular economy strategies, we see Africa's transition to circularity as essential for sustainability and resilient growth. We aimed to foster impactful connections and hands-on learning, in line with our commitment to sustainable business practices on a global scale. Key Highlights:  🤝 Over 100 matchmakings took place, connecting participants for collaborative projects and partnerships.  🌐 Immersive circular economy experiences, including three field trips and 26 exposition stands, showcased real-world applications.  🏆 Insightful presentations from both global and local leaders in the circular economy space, sharing valuable strategies and perspectives.  This event wouldn't have been possible without the collaboration of our dedicated partners.
