𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲 & 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰𝐬: 𝑨 𝑻𝒊𝒎𝒆 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑽𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑩𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 We are in midst of Annual reviews at Accenture & also as we celebrate 𝑰𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒑𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝑫𝒂𝒚 today, I thought to pen down my thoughts below. 💭𝑹𝒆𝒇𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒕: Just as our nation's leaders & administrators reflect on the journey, celebrating progress while envisioning a brighter future, we can reflect on our 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒇𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝒈𝒓𝒐𝒘𝒕𝒉 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑. We must also assess how well we’re 𝒃𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌 with life outside ➡️𝑾𝒂𝒚 𝑭𝒐𝒓𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒅: The forward-thinking vision that drives a nation toward greater growth.
