In the landscape of strategic corporate expansion, we are excited to report that DRACO Ltd. has effectively completed the acquisition of HIDROIZOLACIJA KATRAN business unit.   From 1.1.2024. all employees, brands, products and production facilities are transferred from Hidroizolacija Katran d.o.o. to Draco d.o.o.   BSG Advisory is proud to have provided advisory services to DRACO d.o.o. during this pivotal acquisition, contributing to the seamless integration of these two esteemed enterprises.   A sincere thank you is extended to everyone at DRACO and KATRAN for their collaborative spirit throughout the acquisition process.
