Job Vacancy: Senior IT Specialist Location : Riyadh Job Type : Full-time Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software systems. * Manage and troubleshoot day-to-day IT operations, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient system performance. * Implement and support IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet business requirements. * Ensure the security of company data and systems by managing firewalls, antivirus software, and performing regular system backups. * Provide technical support and training to employees, ensuring they can effectively use IT systems and software. * Manage and optimize cloud services, storage, and data management solutions. * Monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reliability. * Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions. * Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation. * Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, advising management on potential improvements. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure management, or related roles. * Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, and hardware troubleshooting. * Proficiency in managing cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Azure), and virtualized environments. * Experience with IT security practices, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, and data encryption. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. * Certification in IT (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) is preferred.
