We presented the 'Pioneering' Category and would like to congratulate Launch Housing for Viv's Place ( an Australian-first apartment building for women and children at risk of homelessness), Make Room, VIC i2C Architects (providing safe spaces for those experiencing homelessness) & Nightingale Housing ( a not-for-profit organisation building apartments that are socially, financially and environmentally sustainable). On Friday night the AAA held its first National Apartment Awards for Excellence in Brisbane and we were honoured and humbled at how many delegates traveled to be part of this fabulous celebration.
