Meet Teja Kanakamedala, a driven individual with a Bachelor of Computer Science who faced challenges breaking into the tech field due to visa restrictions. Teja's journey hasn’t just been about learning new skills; it’s also been a profound exploration of her strengths. A standout moment was during a workshop where she gained clarity about her personality and how it aligns with different roles in the Salesforce ecosystem. “The assessment helped me identify which quadrant I fit into based on my skills, interests, and working style," she reflects, highlighting the program's impact on her self-awareness. The mentoring sessions have been a game-changer for Teja, keeping her focused and helping her set actionable goals. "They have significantly contributed to my personal growth," she says, underscoring the importance of guidance in her journey. By the end of the program, she aims to forge strong connections with professionals and mentors who can open doors for her career. Teja views this program as a crucial foundation for her future in the IT industry, stating, “I see this program as a foundation for shaping my future career by providing me with the skills, knowledge, and mentorship necessary to excel.” Her advice for those considering joining? “If you're looking to start your career in Salesforce, don’t hesitate to join this program to learn, grow, and connect with industry experts!” ✨ Inspired to start your own journey in tech? Why You Don’t Need a Tech Background to Thrive in Salesforce One of the best things about Salesforce is how accessible it is to people from all backgrounds—not just those with a tech-focused career. Coming from a non-tech field, I’ve found that skills like problem-solving, communication, and adaptability are just as valuable in the Salesforce ecosystem as technical expertise. Thanks to resources at Talent Stacker | Salesforce Career Development Program, Focus on Force, and Trailhead, I’ve been able to build my technical knowledge step by step, while leveraging the unique strengths I bring from my past experience. Your background doesn’t define your potential in Salesforce—your willingness to learn and grow does. If you’ve thought about a career in Salesforce but don’t have a tech background, take the leap. You might be surprised at how much your unique skills can help you thrive. What’s one skill from your previous career that’s helped you succeed in Salesforce? Let’s discuss! #Salesforce #CareerChange #TrailblazerJourney #LifelongLearning #Motivation #DoubleRangerDanger #24DaysofTrailhead

Call to Action for the Israeli Salesforce Ecosystem For years, I've observed a welcoming trend in the Salesforce industry: numerous job opportunities for individuals without prior experience. This openness has been a vital measure of the market's health, showing a commitment to nurturing new talent and fostering growth within the sector. However, over the past several months, I've witnessed a worrying shift that I can only liken to a siege. These entry-level opportunities are dwindling alarmingly. This change is more than a fluctuation; it's a red flag signaling a potential stagnation in innovation and talent development. As a volunteer at Webschool where I guide young professionals towards gaining Salesforce certifications and entering the workforce, I am deeply concerned about this mutation in the market. Integrating young talent is not just about filling positions; it's about ensuring our industry remains at the forefront of innovation and continuous improvement. Let's not make the mistake of swapping dynamism for destructive conservatism. The future of our industry depends on our actions today. **It's time for us to step up and advocate for policies and practices that embrace and empower the next generation of Salesforce professionals. We must act now!** #Salesforce #TechCareers #Innovation #YouthEmpowerment #ActNow

💫 365 Days at Salesforce: A Year of Growth, Challenges, and Wins 💫 It feels like I blinked, and suddenly it's been a whole year at Salesforce. In some ways, it’s been one of the most intense, exciting, and rewarding experiences of my career so far. 🚀 One year ago, I walked into Salesforce with a mix of curiosity and excitement, ready to learn and grow—but nothing could have prepared me for the incredible ride ahead. Every day has brought new opportunities, challenges, and lessons that have made me a better version of myself, both professionally and personally. ✨ The Highlights: Learning from the Best: I’ve had the chance to work alongside some of the most brilliant, creative, and passionate minds in the industry. Breaking Boundaries: It’s been about stepping outside my comfort zone—learning new skills, navigating complex problems, and pushing the limits of what’s possible. Making Impact: Whether it’s helping clients discover new ways to thrive, or contributing to a team that’s constantly innovating, I feel lucky to be part of a company that’s truly shaping the future of business. But what I’m most grateful for is the culture. The #SalesforceOhana isn’t just a slogan—it’s a true community. Every collaboration, every conversation, every moment of support has made this journey even more special. 💙 #SalesforceAnniversary #Salesforce #slack #SalesforceOhana
