I’m thrilled to share a personal story about my little car, my pride and joy. It’s not much, but it’s mine. This old car, now 31 years old, recently broke down. After trying to fix it myself for ages, I finally had to call in the professionals. Here’s what this experience taught me about life and work: 1️⃣ Age doesn’t diminish value. This car may be old, but it still gets me from A to B reliably. 2️⃣ It’s a true fighter, needing just a bit of TLC and an understanding of its unique needs. 3️⃣ Knowing when to seek expert help is crucial. Like all of us, my car needs regular maintenance. As time goes by, we all experience some wear and tear, but we can still perform well. This car has its place until it’s time for it to retire. If you’re ever feeling unsure about your abilities or struggling to keep up with younger colleagues, remember that your experience is invaluable. Don’t hesitate to seek advice from experts and keep pushing forward. We’re like classic cars or fine wine—we get better with age.

Jan 2024: Cracking start to the year with onboarding 4 new clients Feb 2024: Signing our biggest client to date April 2024: Quietest month at Infinitistudios to date, whilst celebrating my daughters first birthday May 2024: Ran my first marathon September 2024: Spent more time managing potential clients than actual projects. Lesson learned: not everyone’s ready for the £8k glow-up. 2024 in summary: lots of wins, some fails, Here’s to doing it all over again in 2025.

Its the most wonderful time, of the year..... or is it? "silly season" is upon us. Nobody is around, at least not as much as usual. #Suppliers cant be reached. #Team #capacity is down by a billion %. Pressures mounting around those #milestones you planned for before knowing everyones summer VayCay arrangements... So what now? well. DONT PANIC! job 1. Now were not panicking, lets get a refresh on those plans. 👉 What is your #reality? 👉 Who is left on the pitch? 👉 How about your supplier/#partner availability? 👉 Will #onboarding slow down? 👉 Can you swap order of #deliverables based on the above answers? Ultimately you can only do so much. But right now is where you earn your "I know how to #prioritise ruthlessly" badge!! be #transparent with your Board/Exec Team/Peers/Team members... bring everyone along on the journey and #deliver together, confident of #support and knowledge from those that don't like surprises! I’ve swapped Oxfords for Crocs… And airplanes for an RV. Work now happens wherever I choose to park it for the night. Designing an intentional life where I have 100% freedom of my time didn’t start 2 years ago when I retired from corporate sales. It began many years ago when I started my first sales job in 2006. Although I didn’t know exactly what the future would hold… I did know I wanted to be more in control of it. Getting into a career of sales helped me build a life of abundance and autonomy. And I’ll be forever grateful because of it! Now, I balance my time exploring new personal adventures while helping other sellers find their own abundance and complete autonomy. TAKE OFF and LANDING The most difficult and crucial period of an aircraft is its TAKE OFF, INITIAL CLIMB, and LANDING. These moments require precise control and quick decision-making by the pilots. Now, let's take you as the pilot ( for God is empowering at the backend) of your life. The time you were in school was the moment of your taxing (moving slowly and ensuring the lines are clear for your take-off). The mistakes you make at this moment can be corrected unless you exposed yourself to higher risks. When you are taking off in your career, make the right decisions, know what you want, and go for it. Your first job has a significant impact on the rest of your career. Make the right decisions. Some people get it right at the start, and others struggle to maintain altitude. Just make sure you don't crush; if you need to land and take off again, calculate your risk and take it! Go and shine! I know you can do this!
