In 2022, Pittsburgh Works released our PA Opportunity Agenda, describing the troubling economic and population conditions challenging the state, and the action items needed to turn things around. The first three were: Lower the Corporate Net Income Tax Rate. Provide funding for industrial sites to make us competitive. Modernize PA's permitting process. They are now a reality. Thanks to Gov. Shapiro, legislative leadership in both parties, and our elected lawmakers who have shown what can happen when Pennsylvania Works Together.
