The Waning Gibbous is often a time of review. It is both about gratitude and refinement. We celebrate the high lights of this past Full Moon Event and we contemplate where we can still fine-tune or let go for the next Full Moon event. One of the Blessings that we have received with this past Full Moon was the knowing that surrender and release is about trust restoration. So, what we are contemplating and tweaking are our beliefs and experiences to do with trustworthy love; trusting ourselves in love matters; trustworthy lovers and the trustworthy lover within. We celebrate and cultivate our love trust restoration and we further release old experiences where past lovers or current lover betrayed us, flaked out on us, hurt us in myriad ways. Not just through deceit or unreliability. We forgive ourselves where we so deeply wanted to be loved that we fooled ourselves into believing that certain behaviours and experiences are okay in relationships. We forgive ourselves where we didn’t act in ethical ways, all in the name of love. We forgive our past lovers. We forgive our current lover if we have one. We forgive our parents and culture for installing certain wounded beliefs about love in us. And we rejoice about our new insights about what trustworthy Love means and how that leads to a renewal of trust in ourselves where we are in Love. We celebrate how our Beloved keeps on showing up for us, whether it is in physical ways or through dreams and telepathically. We celebrate and expand our knowing that we can trust Love. This is the blessing of safe Love.
