How many hours are you going to spend at your kid’s school for Christmas events this year? It’s all very sweet but when you’re running your own business, you have to make up the time you spend at the Christmas Fair, Nativity Play, Carol Evening and so on… You’re already trying to get everything done before the school break! Don’t worry, you don’t have to work even earlier mornings and later nights to keep the wheels of your business turning when you have someone to hand over the reins to. (See what I did there?
