🔬 What is Nanotechnology? Nanotechnology involves manipulating materials at the nanoscale—typically between 1 and 100 nanometers. This scale is so small that it reveals new physical, chemical, and biological properties not seen in larger forms of the material. At this scale, materials behave differently, allowing for the creation of innovative technologies with applications in various fields such as medicine, electronics, energy, and environmental protection. In medicine, for example, nanoparticles can be designed to deliver drugs more efficiently to targeted cells, reducing side effects.
