Earlier this month, I had the pleasure of moderating the panel "Speaking the Language of Your Customers" with Michael Krammer (Managing Partner, Ventocom GmbH), Francois Boshoff 🐝 (VP & Head of Product Management, Sinch), and Avi Magid (Co-CEO, Fonia) at the MVNO Nation Live 2024 in Valencia. Our discussion highlighted three key takeaways: 1. There is no "one size fits all" approach in defining your niche as an MVNO - understanding who your customers are and how their needs evolve over time is essential to staying competitive 2. With the right scale and strategy, you can enhance your product offering while simultaneously improving margins. 3. An exceptional customer experience will become even more critical in the coming years – AI can further elevate this. A big thank you to Ewa Campbell and her team for the invitation! Waggi Connected Pets' mission is to become a global leader in wearable and community-orientated smart technology for pets and their owners. In 2021, Tyndall National Institute undertook a collaborative project with Irish SME Waggi Connected Pets, under the CALIN - Celtic Advanced Life Science Innovation Network funding programme. Through this programme, Tyndall and Waggi collaborated to review and support Waggi’s current product offering.
