I wanted to share this video with everyone as I think its really important that if you brew beer or wine you actually know what it should taste like. It took me an entire afternoon to cut and 4 days to shoot. It is designed to give you an idea of where you can find all the dark beers in Dublin and give them a try. The key changes to the brew are... amount of malt (changes alcohol content) amount of dark malt (cooked for longer) gassing i.e. CO2 or Nitrogen hop types and amount and time left in. Essentially they are all the same, but these differences make all the difference to something that most people think is the same!
