Last year, I watched Aryna Sabalenka face a tough loss to Coco Gauff, but this year was a different story—Sabalenka came back stronger and claimed the US Open title. “Never give up on your dreams and keep working hard.” These words have never been more true for Aryna Sabalenka, whose journey is a powerful example of perseverance, grit, and unwavering belief. “No matter what you’re going through, keep going and go get those beautiful trophies.” Sabalenka’s focus and determination throughout her ups and downs reflect what it takes to achieve success—not just in sports, but in all areas of life. Sabalenka’s win reminded us all of the core values that drive success—both on the court and in the boardroom.
