Coffee saves Lives I used to live my life from ☕coffee to ☕coffee, marking small spots of enjoyment in otherwise stressful days. What I didn't realise was that my constant negative self-talk drained me of energy, and I didn’t see how much harm it was causing. One day, sitting on the bathroom floor, sorting laundry, I became aware of my damaging self-talk. 💥 That moment changed everything. As I stopped the negative self-talk, I found more energy and began enjoying life more. Coffee became a choice, not a necessity. Living in negativity, stress, resentment, pressure, or constant low self worth, saps your energy and causes many physical problems. To combat this, I’m launching a new program called "Tune Out of Stress, Tune In to Joy." This will focus on eliminating negativity and enable you to live in a more peaceful, loving reality. As kids, we naturally have high energy levels. But as we age, our bodies crave that extra boost to overcome tiredness or boredom. This is where the cue-craving-response-reward cycle comes in. The Cycle Explained: * Cue: Feeling tired in the afternoon. * Craving: Desire for a caffeinated beverage like tea or coffee. * Response: Making and drinking that cup of tea or coffee. * Reward: The caffeine kick that energizes you and improves alertness. Over time, this association between tiredness and a pick-me-up drink becomes a habit, making it more likely you'll reach for that cup whenever you experience an afternoon slump. always time for coffee ... for so many reasons. 1. start the day 2. energy boost 3. just because it tastes great 4. to prepare for upcoming tasks 5. social reasons 6. to accompany a meeting 7. to unwind and relax 8. to drink while you game. 9. to ensure you get a break as a non smoker and more..... always find time to have a coffee and slow the pace of the day. the kettle or coffee machine will take a couple of minutes to let you process your tasks and drinking the coffee can be the perfect excuse to take a meaningful break from any personal or professional stresses :-)
