I am excited to be in Paris at the St Denis office, 2 weeks after starting my new role as Head of Region for Europe. Today, I had the opportunity to present my plan for elevating Europe to the next level.
While I can't share all the details, I want to highlight three key points:
One Team: Internally, we all need each other, from sales to delivery to legal to finance to HR, etc. Together we can ensure a seamless and efficient experience for our customers.
Customer First: Every action we take should prioritize the needs of our customers, ensuring that our actions enhance their satisfaction and loyalty
Focus: By clearly defining our priorities, we can streamline our efforts, reducing internal distractions and delivering exceptional value in the initiatives that matter most to our customers.

In the life of WEST HUNGÁRIA BAU Kft., the team building event held at the beginning of summer is a particularly important event every year. For the second year in a row, we have had the opportunity to organize and experience this event in Keszthely, in the unique Hotel Helikon.
In the life of our company, it is of great importance, a few times a year, when our colleagues have the opportunity to replace online and formal discussions with informal and offline meetings and discussions. Although we have sites in five parts of the country and the geographical location of the construction sites also divides our employees, the collegiality, cohesion and team spirit of WEST HUNGÁRIA BAU Kft. cannot be compared to anything else.
With this year's team building, our main goal was to achieve and establish effective cooperation within the group. While performing the tasks solved together, as a result of the time spent together, our colleagues gained common experiences. During the time spent together, the colleagues got to know each other better, while solving speed, skill and logic tasks. In this way, group members who rarely come into contact with each other in everyday work can also get closer to each other. Even after this year's program, we can draw the conclusion that "the session has achieved its goal". As a result of the joint programs, new collegial relationships were formed, and small, existing relationships deepened. We got to know sides of each other that would not happen in workplace communication. The team-building tasks carried out together brought the Colleagues together.
The importance of team building is unquestionable. Joint programs make an important contribution to group cohesion. We believe that the WHB team building day held in Keszthely on June 7, the useful professional programs in the morning, the playful tasks in the afternoon and the informal party in the evening gave us all a recharge for busy weekdays and the rest of the year.

Last week we had the pleasure of heading out to Dublin to meet the Roomex team IRL and take them through what Everysearch™ means for their digital growth journey.
The B2B purchase journey is seeing a shake-up and a younger workforce means businesses have to be prepared to step out of traditional boxes when it comes to acquiring new customers. When is comes to B2B decision makers, did you know:
⭐ 64% are Millennials
😞 90% of younger buyers are dissatisfied with the buying process
📲 When it comes to social media usage, Facebook takes the lead with 80% of buyers using the platform in their purchasing journey
We're seeing these shifts in how consumers are interacting with other businesses move faster than ever and it really has opened up some exciting opportunities to capture attention from new audiences.
Team Found. takes on Dublin 🇮🇪 What a day!
Huge thanks for welcoming Chantelle Duff and I at your HQ, Team Roomex ✈︎
After discussing about all things digital marketing and #everysearch — a cheeky Guinness at the Temple Bar was mandatory for someone’s first time in Dublin (i.e. me) before heading back to London!🍻

EU Green New Deal should prioritise support for collective renovation!!
I have already praised the Global Covenant of Mayors which has an important role to play in the Green Industrial Revolution that needs to happen internationally.
The proposal below from the City of Antwerp for funding & initiatives to support “ collective renovation” is a no- brainer!
Having just had my own home retrofitted, it was an expensive and solitary business. The cost and labour efficiencies that could be achieved through mobilising districts and residential estates to engage collectively in retrofitting and renovation would makes such good sense!
If the EU’s Green New Deal is to achieve its ambitious goals then “ collective retrofitting and renovation” of properties definitely needs to be prioritised. Local authorities will need to play a lead role along with community partnerships, local businesses etc.
In front of different challenges, broad partnerships emerge as our greatest ally! 🤝
Join us and Britt Berghs, Project Coordinator at Linkeroever for the city of Antwerp 🇧🇪, in reflecting on the recent event “A new era for the European Renovation Wave”.
