With summer approaching, these fruity ice lollies are a perfect treat! 🍓🫐 You’ll need: • ⁠1.2L lemonade, split into 4 portions • Food colouring: blue, red, and yellow • 400g mixed berries: raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries • Ice lolly moulds Instructions: 1. Colour the lemonade by adding a different food colour to each portion. 2. First layer: Pour pink lemonade over raspberries in the moulds and freeze for 40 minutes. 3. Second layer: Add blueberries or blackberries to blue lemonade, pour into the moulds, and freeze for another 40 minutes. 4. Third layer: Add raspberries to yellow lemonade, pour into the moulds, and freeze for 40 minutes. 5. Final layer: Top with strawberries and red lemonade, then freeze for 1 hour. You’ll need: fresh strawberries 2 ripe bananas melted dark chocolate 1. Line a glass container with strawberries. 2. Blend together bananas and melted chocolate. 3. Pour the chocolate banana mixture over the strawberries. 4. Let set in the freezer until solid (about 4 hours). 5. Remove from the freezer, slice and enjoy! ❤️
