The Supreme Court became a Kangaroo Court and rubber stamps immunity an on ex-president. Precedent and stare decisis be damned in a cult of personality worth of a mafia Don/ald, not a statesman or leader of a nation of exemplars. The six have cowed to Leonard Leo and fascism. Three hold out on principle, but ethics are poor cover when the soul and spirit are conditioned by minor, even minuscule, concerns with constitutional pseudo-originalist prerogatives, and personal grievances. It is a court of sycophants, not judicious stewards of a tradition of honor to the rule of law and not the ruler of the mob. Toxicity is the currency of the day debasing content, context and virtue. The last has become the least.

What can be done? Start with applying the law to the facts.
