Delegate much? One of the hard parts about delegating work is to avoid getting down into the details. I’ve been as guilty of it as anybody, as a recovering perfectionist. 👉 Focus on the outcome, give your team some guidance, and try to avoid solving the problem for them. The team grows by overcoming challenges, not by having those challenges solved already.
