Last week, I had the privilege of speaking to a 6th-year business class about my journey with Rocksalt—from starting out in hospitality to growing the business into a team of 90 amazing individuals. It was inspiring to see the curiosity and enthusiasm from the students as we talked about entrepreneurship, leadership, and the challenges of building a business from the ground up. Sharing my story reminded me of how far we’ve come and the importance of encouraging the next generation to dream big and believe in their ideas. A huge thank you to the De La Salle College Dundalk for inviting me, and to the students for their thoughtful questions—it was a real pleasure!
