Innovative processes such as hydrogen based 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻 (𝗗𝗥𝗜), electrolysis iron of iron ore, hydrogen injection into blast furnaces coupled with 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 (𝗖𝗖𝗦) are among the cutting-edge approaches discussed. Calderys is developing adapted refractory solutions for its customers, at its state of the art research and development facility in the USA, Europe and Asia Pacific.
