When we believe in the ''Verb'' and try to be like Him, we can make good choices, even when things are difficult. People with faith are made of assertivity. It Is the ability to express oneself, to defend one's rights, one's opinion, without encroaching on those of others. 👉 The Belt of Truth The belt helps protect the soldier's body. Knowing what is true protects us. The Gospel is true and living the Gospel makes us strong : Another way to invite us to remain authentic, honest and act in good faith by communicating with the others. 👉 The breastplate of justice The armor protects the heart. When we love G-d, this means the others, with all our heart, we try to keep his commandments. We are blessed when we choose the good and seek It by our neighbors. 👉 The shoes of peace preparation Shoes protect the feet. We try to follow in the footsteps of Jesus so that we can live with like him one day. 👉 The Sword of the Spirit A sword helps fight evil. The Spirit helps us when we encounter bad things or difficult situations. As christians there shouldn't be any reason why we should have dual personalities. Seeing ourselves as christians only in the church will not let us fulfil our mission as the light and salt of the earth. What we have to know is that whatever we are in the church should transcend to our personal lives. The church is basically for fellowshipping with the brethren and edifying our faith.
