Watched something fascinating at the airport the other day. A pilot wasn't just walking to his plane - he was dancing. Yes, dancing. His colleague looked puzzled. 'First flight of the year,' he grinned. 'Setting the tone.' But here's what caught my attention: Despite his enthusiasm, he still followed every single pre-flight check. No shortcuts. No assumptions.
