Do you want to work harder? I’ve got some counter-intuitive advice for you: If you want to work harder, set time aside for rest. You are not a machine, and consistently long periods of work is going to wear you down and make you much less effective. Heck, even machines need to be shut down at regular intervals to be maintained. So, set aside time each week to rest. Get outside. Go for a hike if that’s your thing. Go for a drive if that’s your thing. Whatever your thing is, go do it and stop worrying about work for a set period of time. You’ll be much more effective when you do.

Working from home can be challenging, but one tip that has made a huge difference for me is listening to my biological clock. Identify the times when your brain is most productive and schedule your work accordingly. Forcing yourself to push through at 3 PM when your mind is already checked out by 1 PM does more harm than good. Productivity suffers, and the quality of your work can decline. What boundaries do you have when it comes making sure you are maintaining quality in your work? #WorkFromHome #ProductivityTips #BiologicalClock #EfficiencyMatters
