For both young and older Restaurant Owners You cannot do without the ability to 📝give Feedback that is Specific and Descriptive to your employees Sometimes, proper communication is all you need to skyrocket your employees productivity. 👩🍳As a restaurant owner, you can't do without learning how to give feedback that is concrete and specific. Your directives should tell the staff exactly what he or she is doing well/wrong and what needs improvement. For example, saying, “You did a good job at the desk today” may make an employee feel good, but it will certainly not help them understand exactly what you feel was performed well. You could provide more information by saying, “You did a good job serving customers really fast today.
