Let’s be perfectly clear about the true nature of unrest, disengagement, and disenfranchisement of seemingly so many across the globe today. We are in an era of profound technological and climate change affecting nearly every industry and most everyone’s way of life. The uncertainty, sheer fear, and ambiguity about where to best build a future and with what skills is tramatic, frustrating and infuriating. There is the inevitable wrestle for resources and the struggle to gain and retain power— all based upon a belief “there is not enough.” Or, if there is ‘enough,’ I / we can’t access it. At the very least, this assessment of future impact calls upon governments across the globe to implement massive education, training and employment programs so today’s youth can fully participate in the new economies. Keep going! We are on the brink of big breakthroughs in nearly every realm of business, community and life. Join us for our free, highly interactive, 3-Day workshop online, ‘What are we going to do about it?’ Click on my LinkedIn page to find registration details in the featured post at the top of my page. https://lnkd.in/dWurV3Q4 In a world where past meets present at the crossroads of innovation, bestselling author Antonio T. Smith, Jr. unpacks his suitcase full of strategies during a deep dive with Jaylon Hughes from Juicy Vizualz. They weren’t just passing time; they were rewriting economic scripts with a nod to the legacy of giants like Dr. Claude Anderson and Dr. George Fraser. Antonio, a tech maestro and literary craftsman, sprinkles wit and humor as effortlessly as he strategizes his next big move in the boardroom. His charisma isn’t just for show—it lights up a room like a smartphone screen in a dark theater. With every anecdote and insight, he underscores the profound impact that historical advocacy has on today’s economic playground. Beneath his dynamic exterior lies a reverent dedication to the twin pillars of his economic philosophy—Anderson and Fraser, whose teachings are not just footnotes in his books but blueprints for building bridges over the troubled waters of systemic inequalities. It’s one thing to stand on the shoulders of giants, but Antonio plans to dance there, leading a conga line of empowered communities towards a brighter, more equitable future. #Mexitverse #EconomicEmpowerment #FinancialVision #LegacyBuilders #CommunityEconomics #AntonioTSmithJr #JuicyVizuals

I’m really lucky that I get to spend most of my time collaborating with dedicated public servants and leaders who are committed to improving the lives of the people who depend on and use their services. And it's clear from the conversations I have that the UK is at a pivotal moment. The pressure to do more with less, enhance productivity, and drive place-based growth is acute, all aimed at delivering better outcomes for people and the planet. And as we approach a general election, both public and private sector leaders need to look at new ways to tackle these challenges. This is our opportunity to collectively address the complex issues facing our society and set a course toward impactful solutions. Whoever wins the next election will face profound challenges and opportunities to shape the country’s future. So at PA, we’ve set ourselves the ambitious challenge of tackling ten critical questions that will shape the next ten years. In the first of these articles, my colleague Laycha H. and I go right back to 1963 (yes even before I was born!) when Harold Wilson set out the “white heat” of innovation which would form a new Britain. In many ways, Wilson was right: the best way to solve systemic problems is through innovation. Generative AI, green energy, the nascent space economy, and advances in the life sciences all have the potential to fundamentally shift the dial in today’s world. But how can the UK reap the full benefits of these innovations to deliver growth, improve services and enrich lives? You can read the first in our series of articles here. Do take a look and let me know what you think. https://lnkd.in/e8NgANS2 #TenShapeTen #Innovation

Really interesting article on innovation and productivity. Particularly liked the phrase “back races not horses”. Increasing productivity will be a key challenge for any incoming government to address. Lots of takeaways here for them to learn from!

Yes voting matters, does it really? I'm not looking to go into a deep dive whether it does or does not actually make a difference. Goal is business focus, each country has there voting system that works in that country. The United States of America really stands out with its system of voting based on 1 factor, it was built on a mix of multiple countries systems and the culture is very diverse. What strikes me thinking about this on election day is, United States of America is a country built on division but it's goal to create a central place for all to live how they feel comfortable, United as 1 country and set of laws and systems. It's a tough job to pull off for any person running for a public office, similar in business. Learning how to run a company and sell to diverse crowds is what makes the United States of America a country to be thankful to g-d that we can live in. Learn from diverse backgrounds without having to pour thousands into traveling to other countries. Focusing on the positive and knowing we can be different but yet be able to be United under 1 system is where our minds should be on a daily basis when conducting business with others. Who will you tag that comes from a different background then you but you do business with? I will start with 4 people, Magdalena Kulisz Tina Larsson John Crisafulli Ben Davis #Terebelo #business #mindset #growth #positive
