The more I reflect on successful businesses, the more I see a common thread: they have a big purpose that is known by their clients/customers as well as all internal team members. Today, it is seen more and more that businesses arise from a purpose, cause, or need that the founder believes in, and others rally around that cause and support the business because they support the cause.
