This is a very timely piece of work - and one of the emphases on capacity for delivering innovation into better practice is crucial. I would go further than the article's summary which advocates for freeing up (investing in) staff time to assess and implement useful innovations. There should also be investment in dedicated innovation implementation staff - such as change managers and in-house data and tech specialists - especially as and when innovations have AI and data-driven components.
