Brian’s path to better mental health began with one call to Camino. ✔️ Our team connected him with a quick-response counselling session. ✔️ He began attending regular walk-in counselling sessions weekly, helping him get through the hard days. ✔️ He returned to school, earned his high school diploma, and was even accepted into college! We believe there's No Wrong Door to start your mental health journey—everyone deserves access to the right care at the right time. Your support helps more people like Brian access the care they need. This winter, your donation can make a difference.

💚 Your mental health matters. This Mental Health Awareness week, we understand that there is always going to be stresses and strains in everyone’s lives. Here at PiGs, we’re completely open to anyone working in the industry. At our events, you’ll always find someone to talk to. However, the openness goes further than just the events. Send us a message on the socials, send us an email, or give us a call, we’re here. But this year, more than ever, we are more aware than ever of the other support out there if needed. Our charity of the year for 2024 is Kelly's Heroes, who are actively transforming lives within mental health and suicide prevention. Need to chat? Kelly’s Heroes has its Listening Ear (https://lnkd.in/etqAbWVq), a free emotional support service for anyone who feels they need someone to listen to them. But to keep providing this service, they need help. That’s why we’ve enlisted the help of our ‘fabulous 15’ to climb Mount Kilimanjaro this September. Many, if not all of those climbing have had their struggles. But they understand the need to undertake this challenge to raise vital funds. Most of them have began ramping up their training by climbing Scafell Pike last weekend, shown in the picture below 👇. Your donation, big or small, will go some way to maintaining the advice and guidance that Kelly’s Heroes provides. Donate to the cause here: https://lnkd.in/eexJz8g7 And let’s keep supporting each other throughout the glazing sector and beyond! #mentalhealthawareness #glazing #mentalhealth #heretotalk #youarenotalone #wellbeing #mentalhealthmatters #fenestration

This #GivingTuesday, let's come together to honor those we've lost to suicide. Consider making a donation to the Center for Health and Learning (CHL) to help promote mental health awareness and suicide prevention. With suicide being the second leading cause of death among young people ages 12-34, your contribution can make a real difference! Learn more about CHL's important work and how you can help at https://lnkd.in/eGRiUqkc. Together, we can create a brighter future! #MentalHealthMatters #SuicidePrevention

Mental Health Awareness Month is such an important time to spread awareness and support so here at NexCar we have decided to show our support by donating £50 to the Samaritan’s for every car sold between May 13th - 31st. We could potentially save lives. Let's break the stigma together and prioritize our mental well-being. Remember, you're never alone in this journey. Reach out, talk to someone, and take care of yourselves and others. 💚 Can all our followers share this post to spread the awareness. #mentalhealth #mentalhealthmatters #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth

It's well known that physical exercise can help our mental health. With mental health issues disproportionately affecting more than 50% of people with a learning disability, it's important that we encourage physical activity at Minstead Trust. The weekly PEDALL sessions do exactly that! Here's instructor John on a sunny May day in the New Forest. You can help to get help and support to some of the most vulnerable in society by donating to Kind2Mind: Healthy Mind, Happy Life until 28 May. Your donation will be doubled instantly! https://buff.ly/3QGOSZ2 How do you look after your mental health? #kind2mind #mentalhealthawareness
