Unfortunately, I am only 1 recruiter working in a few industries but I can give you some guidance. Here are a few things to remember if you are leveraging LinkedIn for your job search: * Use a high-quality, professional photo * Craft a headline that goes beyond your job title. Include keywords related to your skills and industry * Request recommendations from former managers, colleagues, or clients to bolster your credibility * When you craft your open-to-work post, be as specific as possible. Remember the majority of the people who are going to see it do not personally know you or the industry you work in * Participate in LinkedIn groups related to your industry to connect with like-minded professionals and join discussions #recruitertips
