3wCongratulations on this important survey. The drastic cuts to the arts should never have been allowed to happen in the first place and it is a tragedy that the cuts are still being prolonged today. We are paying a severe price in the world for this at present and we will pay an even greater price in the future if we don't do something about this without delay. There is more information about this problem in my article 'The Role of the Arts in Enhancing Education, Culture, Compassion, and Coming to Grips with the Challenges of the Present and the Future' on the Home Page of my World Culture Project website at: www.worldcultureproject.org D.
