2mo1) Outdated email listing, contact persons and addresses (we receive mailings for individuals who have not been with us for at least three years or longer despite communicating with the organizations to update their database). 2) Sending mail or email appeals to our foundation even though we do not distribute funds/grants in this manner, thus it is a wasted mailing, etc.
