New Year's resolution: Schedule your service! It's important to service your boat every 100 hours—or at least once a year. And remember that once a year is the bare minimum; if you put 200 hours on your boat per year, you should service it twice a year. It’s just like getting an oil change for your car—the more you drive it, the more you need. Schedule today at https://lnkd.in/eeAb4CD2

Responsiveness is so important and overlooked by so many. ✔️ If you call me...I'm either answering or texting back that I'll call you shortly. And I will always call back as soon as possible. If I missed the call completely, I will always call back the same day. ✔️ If you text me...usually the fastest way to get a response because it's so easy. I'll always text back as soon as possible and will never not respond that day. ✔️ If you email me...I get hundreds of emails per day so this is usually the slowest response time but I still try to get back as soon as possible. Again, I will respond that day. At the very least, I'll say I'll get back to you tomorrow (and do it). If an owner requests a BOV, I try to get it back to them in 7 days. 10 maximum. Our BOV's are very detailed with professional drone photos in every single BOV. We make it a top priority to get these back to owners in as short of time as possible. If you just want a price and don't need the bells and whistles, 48 hours max. Time kills all deals and opportunities. Speed wins.

Watch out for this when parking your boat! Improve how you protect your boat's outer shell when parking by putting fenders in smart spots. Put them where your boat touches the dock or other boats to soften any bumps and lessen damage. Change how high and tight the fenders are based on the tide and how your boat moves, so they work best.
