Our customers always tell us that they love our fresh, cold-brined, pickles and ferments but they’re not always sure what to serve them with. Here’s a couple of ideas we’ve cooked up…
🌮 Our Hot and Sweet Jalapeno Relish is the perfect addition to any loaded nachos. Serve up with your favourite protein, whether it’s pulled pork, shredded chicken or re-fried beans, with a Guajillo Chile Salsa, fresh yoghurt, pickled cabbage, a wedge of fresh lime, and a side of guac.
🍔 If you’re looking to mix up your burger or hot dog selection, then look no further than our Garlic and Dill Sauerkraut. Serve on top of your burger or sausage, with a generous dollop of applesauce for a brilliant sweet, tangy and sour explosion of flavour.
🥒Our classic Garlic and Dill Pickles are best served between two slices of bread. Why not add them to a pastrami sandwich or take inspiration from Shake Shack who serve them with its tasty, crispy, crunchy Chicken Shack Burger.
🥗If you’re looking to brighten up your buddha bowl, then our Red Onion Pickles add a vibrant pink pop of colour which can elevate any dish and taste as good as they look. We like to serve these tangy pickles with fresh kale, avocado, pan-fried tofu, sunflower seeds and a wedge of lemon.
