Thanks for sharing about this role Sarah. I have 13 years in B2B SaaS Client Success and decided recently to return to a larger team for my next role. My ideal is to join a growth-oriented company of 100-500 employees, PE-backed or VC-backed, with a value for humble leadership, and even more ideally based in either CA or CO... Imagine how pleased I was to review your post for a Director of CS! My application is in the pile but as a hiring manager myself I know the ATS gets very noisy...
