Week #38 The main news of the week is raising the loan limit to 1,500,000 and increasing the loan term to 30 years. With one condition - you are buying real estate for the first time. 100% preparation for the elections. All bank brokers have already told you about the disadvantages I will note one advantage - you can finance up to 1,000,000 for 30 years. And this will increase the purchase amount, and therefore up the market in its cheaper segment. And maybe in the nearest future, when the rent price will be equal to mortgage payments, we will see a rapid revival of the market. But so far this is far away. The bank rate should fall by at least another 1%.
