Simple because: Customer loyalty is one of the most luxuries things to have as a Business, Hence very challenging and time taking, But not many of us have the patience and mindset to play infinite game. We want quick wins, ROIs and ROAS are the only metrics we talk and care about, Result? We fail to scale our marketing efforts at scale, If we are really serious to grow at scale We need to strategies beyond purchase..
