The best way to help yourself is by helping others.

10 days down in March and here's how I'm doing with my habit tracking: it's not perfect. In fact, IF I'm having multiple perfect weeks/months - it means that other aspects of my life have suffered such as family time and/or social connection. This is why I don't aim for perfect and why I have certain "non-negotiables." So since I didn't have a perfect habit week, I was able to: 👉Spend a few hours with my brand new niece and serve as an extra set of hands for my best friend 👉Take an impromptu trip to the USS Midway with a couple of other moms in the neighborhood (and our pre-teen daughters) 👉Create space for a woman to navigate a career transition after being egregiously sexually harassed at her last job Being able to do these things are more important to me than missing a voice practice or 10 minute meditation.

Strangers value you more than your own citizens in your own country 🇬🇧 Reflecting on my journey, I've found that some of the most supportive 🤝 backdrops and encouraging people have been complete strangers 🌍 from outside my home 🏠 country, the UK. 🇬🇧 Interestingly, those who might harbor negativity 🤬often come from my own homeland. Yet, the true supporters and those who appreciate 😏what I do seem to be from beyond my borders 📍 and It's a reminder that sometimes, the most meaningful connections and support can come from the most unexpected places. #GlobalConnections #SupportFromStrangers #InternationalSupport #DiversePerspectives #UnexpectedAllies

To Help Someone in Need is best Service to Humanity.

What is Your Carrot? My kiddo keeps creating the gold photo moments – Jordan and her horse/dog (my term) Fancy this weekend. It’s a simple yet powerful image that speaks to motivation and the pursuit of goals. But what about us?
